Who is eligible for Daily Living Support?
Eighteen years of age or older, unless approved by the Director of OKDHS or designee
Need an average of at least eight hours of direct support services daily
Are participants in the DDSD Community waiver
Need community residential services outside the family home; and do not simultaneously
receive any other community residential or group home services
Who is eligible for Daily Living Support?
Three years of age or older
Are participants in the DDSD In-Home Support waiver
Need services within the home or the community in order to engage in purposeful activities
